KT414 is a two component solvent free epoxy. It cures
at room temperature for 8 hours or 1 hour at 80¢XC.
It performs well in the electric components encapsulation
with low stress capability.
>KT474 is a two component acrylics based speed bonder.
It can bond with a variety of materials to achieve superior
peel and tensile strength. It is a high durable adhesive
which can be machined after initial set for production.
